Lead AV Installation Engineer

MCG Construction is seeking an experienced Lead AV Installation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our AV installation team, you will be responsible for leading on-site installations and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality AV solutions in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on-site installations and manage a team of engineers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their AV requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that AV installations meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality AV installations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and trends to ensure that MCG Construction remains at the forefront of the industry.
