About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to assume the role of Apprentice Data Advisor to ensure our compliance with funding rules and regulations.

This is a crucial role that requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach in identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process changes to learner data within the Management Information System (MIS) to include learner support funding claims, diagnostic results, and data changes.
  • Support with administering the Employer Reference Number process to minimize funding loss.
  • Support with System Account Management across multiple systems.
  • Support with rectifying data errors from provider data self-assessment toolkit and funding and monitoring.
  • Support Funding Advisors with apprenticeship service administration.
  • You may also be expected to carry out other duties that align to the overall purpose of this role.

About You

We are looking for someone who is proficient in using Microsoft packages and IT systems.

Excellent communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with external and internal clients.

Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work to deadlines and targets are also required.
