As a Children's Social Work Specialist, you will earn an estimated £20,000 per month (£50 per hour * 40 hours/week * 4 weeks/month) for a 3-month full-time contract.

Main duties:

  • Implement positive change in complex cases using systemic social work methods to enhance the lives of vulnerable children and families.
  • Manage risks of abuse and neglect while meeting care needs through thorough assessments and effective planning.
  • Lead professional judgements in legal and policy frameworks to ensure high-quality child care support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in social work or equivalent with significant frontline experience in Children's Services.
  • Current Social Work England registration with up-to-date professional expertise in children's social work.
  • Knowledge of complex social work theories and values as well as legislation and government guidance.
