About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Private Client Tax team as a Tax Professional Trainee. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in tax compliance, financial planning, and business advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to obtain necessary information
  • Prepare basic tax returns or repayment claim forms
  • Advise clients of their forthcoming tax liabilities and tax matters affecting them
  • Assist in the preparation of tax advice for clients, including technical tax research, strategic planning, and drafting of reports
  • Deal with correspondence from clients, HMRC, and other third parties
Requirements
  • Commitment to completing the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification
  • Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline
  • A Level: Minimum 112 UCAS points in top three A Levels (or equivalent), excluding General Studies
  • GCSE: Minimum Grade 5 (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths respectively
