Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of £28k - £30k, along with generous commission structures and a company car or allowance.
Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for handling incoming leads, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing customer relationships. You will utilize CRM tools and software to manage the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers via phone and email, qualifying their needs, discussing available options, and arranging quotes. Additionally, you will work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn on the job. A proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field is essential. You must also be able to communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, maintaining excellent manners in both telephone and face-to-face interactions.
