At Arlington Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus, utilizing fresh ingredients and seasonal flavors.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create bespoke drink pairings, elevating the overall dining experience.

About You:
  • You have a passion for mixology and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every drink is crafted to perfection.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
