About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Insurance Product Manager to lead the development of our product strategy, defining new product requirements and driving new product development to grow our product suite in line with business goals. The successful candidate will manage the full product life cycle, collaborating across the business to continually improve and ensure the smooth delivery of our product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning, developing, publishing, and executing the product vision strategy and roadmap for your partnerships.
• Charting product roadmaps into executable product backlog acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Translating requirements and business objectives into prioritized action-oriented deliverables with measurable success criteria.
• Analysing and recommending incremental monetization of product features and services.
• Liaising with partners and underwriters for the creation and delivery of final policy wordings, customer documentation, and web content to ensure all elements of product design and delivery meet the needs of the identified target market.
• Maintaining a strong awareness and understanding of conduct risk specifically in regard to the fair value of our products and customer outcomes.

Requirements:

• High degree of competency with project management, including issues and risk identification and management tracking.
• Highly motivated with effective time management skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and prepared to communicate with people to ensure product success.
• Ability to demonstrate an organized approach to planning and prioritizing own workload.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience within the insurance industry or similar sector experience although an eagerness to improve your knowledge of our industry will bode well.
• Experience using Adobe software particularly InDesign.
