Teaching and Learning Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to join BluetownOnline Ltd as a part-time hourly paid lecturer in hospitality management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students at our Broadstairs campus.
Main Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and tutorials for the HND Hospitality Management programme, ensuring that students receive innovative and inspiring teaching techniques.
Contribute to the departmental planning team to determine the teaching programme for the academic year.
Take feedback from students to improve teaching methodologies and content within the department.
Career advice and/or pastoral care for students.
Desirable Skills:
A degree in hospitality management or a related field, with experience of teaching and learning in a higher education setting.
A strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students.
