Key Responsibilities

Sales:
- Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target by demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
- Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
Customer Service:
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service at all times.
Team Work:
- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards your work and colleagues.
- Maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
Operations:
- Ensure the counter/gondola is 'customer ready' from open to close of business.
- Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Artistry Executive on visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
- Support event execution.
- Communicate effectively with the Brand field team regarding counter/gondola needs or concerns.
