About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at SSE Enterprise. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing project accounts, coordinating meetings, and supporting the project team in meeting milestones and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project accounts, including raising purchase orders and ensuring timely payment to suppliers.
  • Coordinate and prepare project meetings, ensuring they are scheduled, attended, and minutes are recorded to a high standard.
  • Support the project team in meeting milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate project reporting, ensuring reports are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Assist the project team with project-specific administration duties.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload in demanding timescales.
  • Project experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Highly literate with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage different stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage project finances, with experience in this area being beneficial.
  • Driving license is essential, as the role will involve occasional travel to different sites and offices.
