As a Retail Management Associate at Poundland & Dealz, you will play a key role in the store management team, providing day-to-day support to Store Managers and Assistant Managers. Your responsibilities will include supervising store processes, monitoring standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

A typical day may involve opening or closing the store, managing shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues, and maintaining store appearance.

  • Developing and mentoring colleagues
  • Managing inventory levels and stock availability
  • Organizing work schedules and coordinating with colleagues

You must be flexible with your hours as we may require you to work varying shifts.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
