Job Title: HSQE Advisor

Andy File Associates Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HSQE Advisor to join our team in North Lincolnshire. As a key member of our High Voltage Engineering Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in managing compliance and supporting the development of HSQE policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of HSQE in managing compliance and implementing HSQE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and audits, accident and incident investigations, and deliver safety training and briefings.
  • Compile detailed reports, attend site meetings, and develop new safety-related procedures and safe systems of work.
  • Assist with maintaining ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications and hosting external audits.
  • Conduct regular visits to project sites and work in the main office.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Able to prioritise effectively.
  • Good standard of education with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Previous experience of writing reports and document control.
  • Proactive problem solver and ability to work on your own initiative.
  • A team player with a flexible and supportive approach.
