Andy File Associates Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HSQE Advisor to join our team in North Lincolnshire. As a key member of our High Voltage Engineering Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in managing compliance and supporting the development of HSQE policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the Head of HSQE in managing compliance and implementing HSQE policies and procedures.
- Conduct on-site inspections and audits, accident and incident investigations, and deliver safety training and briefings.
- Compile detailed reports, attend site meetings, and develop new safety-related procedures and safe systems of work.
- Assist with maintaining ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications and hosting external audits.
- Conduct regular visits to project sites and work in the main office.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Able to prioritise effectively.
- Good standard of education with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous experience of writing reports and document control.
- Proactive problem solver and ability to work on your own initiative.
- A team player with a flexible and supportive approach.
