**National Field Sales Manager Opportunity**

A high-performing National Field Sales Manager is required to lead the sales team and drive growth of our premium spirits portfolio.

About the Role

This pivotal role enhances team performance, provides outstanding training, and refines onboarding systems to ensure every team member succeeds. The successful candidate will directly impact key performance indicators (KPIs) and report directly into the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing national field sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize brand presence and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in field sales management and team leadership within a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional training and development skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching.
  • Experience in the spirits, beverages, or FMCG sectors is a significant advantage.
