Support Worker Job Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Gosport area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our client with a spinal cord injury and neurological condition in their own home.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to commit to regular working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. They must also be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and hold a full UK driver's license.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide high-quality care and support to our client with a spinal cord injury and neurological condition
• Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Engage in social activities with the client and encourage their independence
• Drive the client as required
• Maintain accurate records of care and support provided

**Requirements:**
• Experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commit to regular working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
• Full UK driver's license
