Meetings and Events Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Meetings and Events Sales Coordinator to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Meetings and Events Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our meetings and events services to clients, ensuring that their events are executed flawlessly and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct site visits and show arounds to showcase our facilities and services
  • Prepare and present quotes and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
