We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our EG Group team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of beverages, maintain store cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service.
