Aldwych Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and other civil engineering structures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and timeliness
  • Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Autodesk Civil 3D

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
