Job Title: Experienced Casino Dealer

Metropolitan Gaming is seeking an experienced casino dealer to join our team. As a dealer, you will be responsible for hosting live gaming tables and ensuring a unique and exceptional experience for our guests.

Main Functions of the Job:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors.
  • Host live gaming tables and maintain control of the game.
  • Deal cards, spin the wheel, and calculate and pay winning bets.
  • Answer questions and provide guidance on the rules of the game.
  • Comply with all relevant legislation and regulations, including Safer Gaming and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

Main Duties:

  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude at all times.
  • Acknowledge players when they arrive at the tables.
  • Remain patient and polite with customers, even in times of disagreement and dispute.
  • Advise customers on the MetCard loyalty programme and encourage its use.
  • Deal all games in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
  • Conduct game commentary in a clear and audible manner.
  • Inform a manager if a customer displays behaviours associated with a problem gambler.
  • Maintain awareness of customer body language and report any suspicions to a supervisor.
  • Work to continually improve technical skills and efficiency of games.
  • Complete all mandatory training and attend meetings and training workshops as required.
  • Assist other dealers with informal coaching and report any concerns regarding game security.
  • Regularly check gaming equipment and report any issues.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to the protection of young and vulnerable people.
