About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join RSM UK's Corporate Tax team as a key member of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing value-adding, technically accurate, and clear tax advice to a range of clients across various sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Operate as a key client contact to a variety of clients, working closely with internal teams to plan the delivery of work and provide regular updates to clients.

- Work closely with colleagues to provide tax advice covering technical issues such as loss relief, tax relief on interest, transfer pricing, and R&D tax relief.

- Build an external network of peers and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Assist colleagues in other departments to provide a high-quality service to clients and identify tax-related risks and opportunities.

- Continuously improve your skills, knowledge, and capability to benefit clients and promote coaching and guidance to junior team members.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a qualified and experienced professional with a background in accountancy and corporate tax.

Key requirements include: ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA qualifications, experience in client handling, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
