Permanent Position - Senior Social Work Professional
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social worker to join our team as a Senior Social Work Professional in the Channel Islands.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services to vulnerable children and families. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your skills and expertise will be valued and utilized to make a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the Fostering Team, Safeguarding, MASH, and LAC teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting vulnerable children and their families.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people.
- To provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent services.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A relocation package, including support with finding accommodation and advice on relocation.
