Senior AV Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AV Project Manager to join our team at Prospero Integrated. As a key member of our event production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AV projects from brief to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of AV projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients to establish project briefs and requirements.
  • Assess project requirements and provide solutions that balance creative ambition with safe and practical delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure any production changes are communicated to all relevant parties.
  • Book skilled freelancers and technicians onto projects and coordinate their scheduling and roles.
  • Manage project delivery, including the management of client-owned/sub-contracted kit.
  • Coordinate subcontractor deliverables and ensure they meet the agreed specification.
  • Assess H&S requirements and create relevant paperwork and permits.
  • Oversee financial control of projects and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe and budget.
  • Ensure precise financial reconciliation of all production budgets and client invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of delivering large-scale live shows and events, with a thorough understanding of technical and scenic disciplines.
  • Experience delivering virtual events is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft 365, and experience using HireHop or similar rental management systems.
  • Capable of managing large-scale, complex budgets of £250k plus.
  • Committed to delivering quality and professionalism with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with demonstrable leadership skills.
  • Flexible regarding creative and client changes during the project cycle.
  • Calm under pressure, extremely organized, proactive with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Embrace an ever-developing landscape of new technology.
  • Proactive, seeking out innovations in the industry that may be applied to projects.
  • Able and willing to travel internationally, occasionally for extended periods as required.
