Job Title: Sustainability and Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Sustainability and Growth Manager to join our team at Farset Developments. As the primary point of contact for sustainability and growth initiatives, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, sustainability, and social responsibility.

The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in sustainability and growth management, a third-level qualification, and exceptional leadership skills. They should be well-versed in environmental management, stakeholder engagement, and community development.

Salary: £E50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sustainability and Growth Manager. As the primary point of contact for sustainability and growth initiatives, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, sustainability, and social responsibility.
- Engaging with stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote our mission.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of sustainability initiatives.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sustainability and growth management.
  • A third-level qualification or equivalent.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental management, stakeholder engagement, and community development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
