Job Title: Geography Educator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Geography Educator to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of secondary students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective curriculum plans
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and activities that promote student success

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Degree in a relevant field, such as Geography or Education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
