Quality Assurance Manager

Seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems in Warrington or Belasis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our QHSE Management Systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, as well as TUV Rheinland policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with external bodies, including customers, Certification Bodies, Health and Safety Executive, and TUV Group QHSE
- Leading and coordinating audits conducted by external bodies
- Identifying QHSE training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and managing training metrics and tracking systems
- Monitoring QHSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management and staff
- Managing customer complaints and ensuring resolution in accordance with established procedures
- Providing risk assessment support and approval to ensure safety and compliance
- Fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization
- Disseminating key safety learnings and statistics to TRIS and TUV Rheinland stakeholders
- Coordinating and performing annual Management Review of TRIS activities
Requirements include:
- NEBOSH certification (or equivalent)
