Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all goods received match specifications as per delivery notes.
- Set up furniture for events in coordination with event sheets and client requirements.
- Move equipment safely to protect the building and furniture.
- Liaise with couriers, clients, and delivery drivers with efficiency and politeness.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the back of house.
- Report discrepancies to deliveries to your line manager.
- Carry out administration work for monthly equipment stock takes.
- Organise and clean storages areas.
- Comply with legal requirements, including fire regulations, security, and local authority stipulations.
- Maintain Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements as described in the Searcys Health & Safety Policy.
- Check areas for maintenance and repairs and report problems to management.
