Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team at Challenge-TRG Recruitment. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, working closely with our team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the night shift, operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Monitor and maintain production line equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the production team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and meet customer demands
  • Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, reporting any hazards or near misses to the production team

Requirements:

  • Basic Food Safety Knowledge or Food Safety Level 2 certification
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good standard of written and spoken English, with the ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and production targets
