About the Role:

As an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing a wide range of vehicles using Audatex, and calculating costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.

About Your Responsibilities:
  • Assess vehicles using Audatex and calculate costings and repair times.
  • Liaise with insurance engineers, write job cards, and contact customers to provide updates.
  • Work to high standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to BSI PAS 10125 standards.

About You:
  • You must be able to plan your workload effectively, work skilfully and safely under pressure, and carry out work in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
  • You should be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision, be flexible in your approach, and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • You must have previous experience as a VDA / Estimator in a Bodyshop environment.
