About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Professional Practice, Education and Training team at Campbell House, Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new ways of working across the Trust, following the Government's desire to increase placement and training opportunities for learners.

Main Responsibilities

The Placement Capacity Lead will oversee, co-ordinate, facilitate and manage the volume of learner placements in the Trust. This will involve developing and building relationships with practice areas, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, and providing support to the wider team to plan and organise training.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced IT skills for producing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, documents etc.
  • Skilled in the use of databases and the ability to produce and analyse reports and statistics TRAC and ESR
  • Experience in using specialized computer systems, and ideally have a working knowledge of ESR, E-Rostering, and Agresso.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis. Confirm and challenge discrepancies.
