Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fine Limit Fabrication Welder to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality sheet metal components using a range of manufacturing tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and weld sheet metal components to precise specifications
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, including welding symbols and relevant specifications
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium components
  • Produce test pieces that meet the standards outlined in BS EN 9606 parts 1 & 2 Qualification Testing of Welders
  • Utilise various manufacturing tools and equipment, including hand tools, band saws, guillotines, pedestal drills, and plasma cutters
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fine-limit welding and fabrication role
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Competence in using a range of manufacturing tools and equipment
  • A commitment to producing high-quality work
Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.00 - 16.15, Friday 8.00 - 15.00

Overtime available and paid at time x1.5
