**Group Finance Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Finance Manager to join our team at Chase & Holland. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance reporting, and KPIs for two entities and the overall group.
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive understanding of financial performance and business metrics.
  • Develop and implement improved financial reporting, management information, and controls.
  • Manage cash flow reporting and rolling cash flow forecasts.
  • Develop and implement improved controls and support commercial teams to optimize working capital management.
  • Prepare and manage year-end accounts, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and project support to drive business growth and performance.

Requirements:

  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified or passed finalist.
  • Experience of management and statutory accounts, ideally including consolidation.
  • Experience of leading and mentoring a finance team.
  • Ability to build relationships with the wider business and present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • IT literate, including ERP systems and Excel.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Proactive nature with a flexible approach to driving process improvements.
