Manufacturing Manager

Location: Plymouth, Commutable from Tavistock, Yelverton, Ivybridge, Saltash

Salary: Up to £72,000 + Sign on Bonus + Yearly Bonus + Relocation Package + 33 Days Holidays + Life Insurance + Private Healthcare

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a market-leading, international company where you will have the chance to develop your career and work on advanced engineering projects.

The company is a well-established, highly revered manufacturing company in the Plymouth area with sites across the world that not only are renowned for the quality of their products but also for being a leading and progressive employer within the area. Due to high levels of demand from existing customers and the opportunities for further business development, they are currently looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with company goals.
Oversee the 24-hour production process, managing 400+ staff through a team of three shift managers. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and budget standards.

Requirements:

Experienced Engineering/Production/Manufacturing Manager.
Management qualification, BEng in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
Background within Automotive highly desirable.
Sheet metal, paint, or assembly manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage.
