Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that our kitchens are well-stocked
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Represent our company and maintain a positive brand image


Requirements

  • A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Experience in a similar Chef role
  • A flexible approach to working
