Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our award-winning and values-driven nursery group in the Bristol area. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and be able to lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of a high-quality, play-based curriculum. They will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children and staff, as well as managing the nursery's financial performance.

As Nursery Manager, you will be a key member of our team and will work closely with parents and carers to ensure they are actively involved in their child's learning. You will also be responsible for implementing strategies to attract new families and maintain a positive reputation for the nursery.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and proven experience in a leadership or management role within an Early Years setting. They will also have strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a deep understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and childcare regulations.

The salary for this role is competitive, with a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, 50% childcare discount, retail discounts, and a performance-related bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
