The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team and drive customer acquisition and retention through creative, innovative, data-driven, and cross-functional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and manage the marketing calendar across all channels, aligning with company growth objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  2. Drive impactful, cohesive, cross-channel campaigns that position Naturisimo as the go-to destination for clean beauty.
  3. Ensure a seamless balance between brand-building efforts and direct-response marketing to optimize both short and long-term performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years in a senior marketing role, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or beauty sectors. Proven track record in clean/ethical beauty is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Deep experience with data analytics, campaign metrics, and A/B testing, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Channel Expertise: Demonstrated success across key digital channels including performance marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, CRM, and email.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a growing team, with experience in hiring and developing top marketing talent.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong business acumen with a forward-looking approach to brand-building, channel innovation, and customer engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and influence stakeholders at all levels.
