Rapier Employment is seeking a reliable and punctual 16-Seater Minibus Driver to support their client based in the Oxfordshire area. This role requires traveling between hospitals as part of a rota basis with start times between 06:00-12:00, finishing around 20:00.

This position comes with a competitive salary of £14.50 per hour, paid for each hour worked. The ideal candidate will be able to transport staff between hospitals across Oxfordshire, make informed decisions on where to park or when to contact site for updates or issues, and possess a positive attitude towards staff.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Transporting staff between hospitals across Oxfordshire.
  • Making informed decisions on where to park or when to contact site for updates or issues.
  • Providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude towards staff.
  • Arriving at sites in a timely manner.
The required skills and qualifications for this role are:

  • A full UK Licence with D1 category.
  • An up-to-date Tacho and CPC cards.
  • A DBS check will be required in the future.
