About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Seasonal Artist to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand's high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized makeup services to customers, including consultations and demonstrations
  • Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets, including average unit sales and items per transaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and counter goals
  • Contribute to the creation of an engaging and welcoming store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance to ensure a visually appealing store
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of cosmetic artistry experience
  • 1-2 years of clienteling/sales experience
