Fundraising and Development Officer

Pitlochry Festival Theatre is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections and Database Officer to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in securing and growing income from charitable Trusts and Foundations.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, cultivate, and solicit gifts and grants to support revenue and capital activity.
- Take personal responsibility for contributing to meeting and raising the annual financial target.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Trusts and Foundations to secure funding opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of donations, grants, and fundraising activities.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
- Proven experience in fundraising and development, with a focus on Trusts and Foundations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Knowledge of fundraising software and databases, with experience of managing and maintaining accurate records.
