We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Trainee Nursing Assistants. As a Trainee Nursing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Our Trainee Nursing Assistant program is designed to upskill and train Senior Care Assistants to take on more responsibility and develop the skills needed to be a Nursing Assistant. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you progress through the program.

As a Trainee Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with tasks such as administering medicines, care of wounds, catheter care, and other direct clinical tasks under the supervision and guidance of a qualified nurse.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including a Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
