About This Opportunity

SALARY: UP TO £43,600 (INCLUDING BONUS) + OVERTIME & BENEFITS

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Heavy Equipment Engineer - Field Service to join our team in the south east of England. As a key player in the fruit ripening and processing sector, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge commercial refrigeration equipment and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support and expertise to our clients, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our Service Manager to maintain exceptional levels of service delivery. In addition, you will be expected to conduct site audits, deliver toolbox talks, and provide guidance to apprentices to promote a culture of safety and continuous learning.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong technical problem-solving skills and relevant industry experience are essential. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, a company van, a pension scheme, and a sick pay scheme after a qualification period.

A generous salary of up to £43,600 (including bonus) plus overtime is available for the right candidate, offering a significant opportunity for professional and financial growth.
