Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising senior management and stakeholders, and leading significant projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Advising senior management and stakeholders on commercial, corporate, and litigation law
  • Leading significant projects and initiatives
  • Providing expert advice on Data Protection Law, Company Law, and governance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Legal Counsel who possesses:

  • A qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
  • Post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate, or litigation law
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
