Job Title: Environmental Advisor

Location: Preston or Hitchen

Description

This role will support the site operations across the business and work closely with the Environment and Sustainability Manager to achieve this goal. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the working environment and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for the environment and sustainability program with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring sustainability data and providing feedback to stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve environmental performance.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients and regulators to drive environmental initiatives forward.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrable environmental experience, preferably in waste, manufacturing, or related heavy industry. A degree-level qualification in an appropriate environmental discipline is also required.

Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a car allowance.
