You will work on complex cases involving various health conditions, including physical and mental health issues, as well as chronic pain disorders. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will help customers achieve a better quality of life.

The role is both challenging and rewarding, offering a comprehensive training program to ensure your success. You will receive 6 weeks of initial training before starting assessments and enjoy ongoing support and mentorship throughout your tenure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face interactions to grasp the impact of a person's health condition on their daily life
  • Create accurate PIP reports to aid the DWP in determining a customer's benefit eligibility
  • Enhance your clinical skills and knowledge through regular feedback and supervision

Requirements

  • A valid NMC registration number
  • At least 1 year of post-registration experience in adult or mental health settings within or outside the NHS
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK – we do not provide sponsorship
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software to create detailed reports
