About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Support Worker at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients in our community healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
  • Ensure that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing.
  • Assist patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living whilst ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 6 months Community HCSW UK (Private, NHS or Armed Forces) hospital/hospice experience within the last 2 years.
  • OR Currently studying General/Adult Nursing (Student Nurse) and completed a minimum of 12 weeks clinical placements.
