About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Care Worker - Senior to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for providing practical support and care to our residents, as well as leading and mentoring our care staff. You'll work closely with our residents to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and emotional support
  • Lead and mentor care staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they're equipped to deliver excellent care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development of our care team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care we provide
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and therapy, to ensure a holistic approach to care
