Job Title: Transport Administrator

Location: Exeter

Status: Temporary (6 months)

Days: Monday - Friday

Shift times: 2PM - 10PM

Payrate: £12.72 per hour (weekly pay)

Please note that your hours could vary if needed by the business. Own transport will be an advantage due to the location and working hours. We are looking for someone with good customer service skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong working relationships with our customer base.
  • Maintain accurate customer accounts and update them as necessary.
  • Utilize in-house IT systems relevant to your role.
  • Process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures.
  • Perform other ad-hoc and warehouse duties as required.
