Job Title: Adults Learning Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to lead a more independent life.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encouraging social interaction and community engagement
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a social care setting
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • A UK driver's license
  • The right to work in the UK
