English Teacher Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking an English graduate to join our team as an English Teacher Trainee. This is a unique opportunity to gain invaluable classroom experience while developing your teaching practice alongside 'Outstanding' qualified English Teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support KS3-KS5 English students in and out of class
  2. Develop your teaching practice alongside 'Outstanding' qualified English Teachers
  3. Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
  4. Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom
  5. Support subject teachers across different subjects (humanities only) and support students development academically
  6. Opportunity to train as an English Teacher (Schools Direct) - commencing September 2025 gaining a year's invaluable classroom experience PAID prior to teacher training
