Job Title: Shift Coordinator - Multiple Opportunities

Join Princes Limited, a leading food and drink manufacturer, as a Shift Coordinator - Multiple Opportunities. This role is a key part of our Operations team, responsible for ensuring maximum utilisation of resources and equipment to achieve efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the team in achieving daily/weekly production plan demand.
  • Proactively manage the team to meet production targets and respond to growth plans.
  • Ensure operational flexibility and efficient utilisation of resources.
  • Focus on short to medium-term strategy, prioritising week 1 to week 4 goals.
  • Operate within a unionised environment, driving continuous improvement and best-in-class practices.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues to achieve role success.
  • Ensure the right values and behaviours are actively modelled and encouraged.
  • Embed supply chain strategy throughout the team and department.
  • Manage budgets and assist in capital expenditure projects.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with others, deliver results, and problem-solve.
  • IT literacy, including SAP skills.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • I.O.S.H.H. and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.
