Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions in London. As a key member of our Integrity Due Diligence team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating integrity and reputational risks across various projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with 5 years of post-graduation experience in banking, finance, legal, or corporate advisory. You will be responsible for working closely with colleagues in Banking and the Office of the Chief Compliance Officer to develop a comprehensive understanding of project-related risks.

You will be expected to identify, verify, and assess/mitigate corporate governance, financial crime, and integrity risks. Your excellent knowledge of KYC/AML-CFT and anti-bribery and corruption regulations, international standards, and associated best practices will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will need to have prior experience of communicating with clients and managing flows of regulatory/legal documentation.

Your salary will be around £90,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will work in a dynamic environment where you will be encouraged to think innovatively and contribute to the development of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in risk management
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML-CFT and anti-bribery and corruption regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
