Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide direct care to our clients in their own homes, focusing on assistance with daily living activities, light housework, and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene
- Transfer clients using slide boards and ensure safe movement
- Perform range of motion exercises to maintain client mobility
- Provide commode assistance and support with daily living activities
- Engage in light housework, including cleaning and cooking assistance as needed
- Drive handicap vans to transport clients as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to work independently with integrity and good communication skills
- CPR certification and ability to pass a background check
- Ability to travel within the service area
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
